Meghan Markle showcased her quick reflexes and kindness during the Invictus Games in Vancouver when she helped a fan who lost their balance while trying to take a photo with her.

The Duchess of Sussex was mingling with supporters in the basketball hall, happily posing for selfies, when an enthusiastic fan suddenly stumbled backward. Without hesitation, Meghan and nearby attendees reached out to steady the individual, preventing a potentially dangerous fall.

Concerned for the fan’s well-being, Meghan immediately asked, “Are you okay?” before offering reassurance and holding hands with them for another picture.

The royal couple, who had been watching the wheelchair basketball match, spent over 25 minutes at the Vancouver Convention Centre, engaging warmly with attendees, taking photos, and showing their support for the athletes.

Meghan’s thoughtful gesture didn’t go unnoticed, with fans praising her genuine care and warmth in the unexpected moment.
