Despite being behind bars facing serious legal challenges, Sean “Diddy” Combs has found a way to keep the cash flowing. According to a recent report by The U.S. Sun published on May 24, the music mogul has quietly earned over $4.1 million since his arrest for sex trafficking last September — all thanks to his luxury Gulfstream G550 jet.
While Combs’ music career and business empire have taken a hit amid the ongoing trial, his sleek 14-seater private jet has been transformed into a lucrative luxury charter service. Managed by Silver Air, the black Gulfstream G550 has been listed on exclusive broker websites like Jettly, but with no mention of its high-profile owner.

Travelers booking flights on the jet, which costs around $32,597 per trip, are likely unaware they’re flying on the same aircraft owned by the jailed Bad Boy Records founder. Since the jet appeared on rental sites, it has been booked at least 126 times, averaging a flight nearly every other day. In just eight months, the plane has traveled close to 150,000 miles — the equivalent of flying around the world six times.
The jet’s environmental impact is significant, consuming more than 136,000 gallons of fuel and releasing approximately 1,710 metric tonnes of carbon dioxide over this period.
Interestingly, Combs had even offered the Gulfstream G550 as part of a $50 million bail proposal, which was ultimately denied. Nevertheless, the aircraft continues to generate serious income. It is currently stored at Van Nuys Airport in Los Angeles and registered under the name LOVEAIR LLC.
This unexpected side hustle highlights how even amid legal troubles, Sean “Diddy” Combs’ assets are still working hard to maintain his fortune.
