Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been evicted from their Frogmore Cottage in the UK, according to The Sun.
A spokesperson for the couple’s Archewell Foundation said, “We can confirm The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been requested to vacate their residence at Frogmore Cottage.”
The monarch apparently started the eviction process just one day after Prince Harry’s shocking memoir, “Spare,” hit shelves. The controversial book contained numerous anecdotes about the redheaded royal’s upbringing, including Charles constantly joking he wasn’t Harry’s “real” father.
The couple are reportedly moving the last of their belongings out of Frogmore Cottage to ship to their home in Montecito, California.
The royal couple were gifted the five-bedroom Frogmore Cottage by the Queen as a wedding present in 2018.
As per reports, Prince Andrew was offered the keys to the Frogmore Cottage in Windsor last week.
However, The couple relocated to Meghan’s home state of California in 2020 after stepping back as working members of the royal family.
