Recalling this guidance, Hathaway expressed, “When I commenced my journey [in this industry] as a child, I was cautioned about the potential downturn in my career at the age of 35, a challenge many women encounter.” Despite this forewarning, the actress illuminated a positive shift in the industry, remarking, “The noteworthy evolution during [that period] is the increasing number of women extending their careers into later stages of life, which I find commendable.”
