BTS’ Jungkook, the 26-year-old singer with a soulful voice and charismatic stage presence, has recently revealed his heartfelt longing for the band’s much-anticipated reunion. This desire comes more than a year after the South Korean sensation announced their hiatus, leaving Jungkook missing the unique camaraderie he shares with his fellow BTS members.
In a candid conversation with 103.5 KISS FM, Jungkook shared his sentiments, saying, “Of course, each member has his own trait, so I could say what I miss about each of them.” While he appreciates the individual qualities of his bandmates, it is the collective moments they’ve cherished together that have left an indelible mark on his heart.
Jungkook elaborated on the simplicity of what he yearns for the most—those precious, ordinary moments they used to share. He spoke of the times when they would sit together in the waiting room, each member engrossed in their unique activities. Reflecting on his solo performance at Suga’s concert, Jungkook revealed, “I just thought that I want to be on stage with all our members, or I want to hang out with them in the waiting room.”
Despite the immense fame and success that BTS has achieved on a global scale, Jungkook confessed that it’s these “ordinary moments” that he misses above all else. He emphasized the significance of these moments and expressed his deep hope for their swift return.
Last year, the septet made the heartfelt decision to embark on a hiatus from their group activities, a decision that was announced on the occasion of the band’s monumental 10th anniversary. Following this announcement, several BTS members, including Jin and J-Hope, embarked on their military service, with Suga set to join them in the coming week.
The anticipation for a BTS reunion remains high, not only among fans but also within the band itself. As the world eagerly awaits their return, Jungkook’s sentiments serve as a poignant reminder of the bond that unites the members and the genuine affection they hold for one another.
