BTS member Jungkook has added another accolade to his illustrious career as his debut solo track, “Seven,” featuring American rapper Latto, claimed the prestigious Top Global K-Pop Song award at the 2023 Billboard Music Awards on November 19.

Despite his absence at the live event, Jungkook took a moment to record an acceptance speech, expressing profound gratitude to his devoted fans.

Initiating his statement, the singer conveyed, “Thank you so much for the top global K-pop song for ‘Seven’; it’s truly an honor.” Jungkook openly acknowledged the challenge of articulating the depth of his appreciation, extending thanks to the dedicated ARMY and all who embraced the song. He emphasized the crucial role of his supporters, stating, “Without you, I couldn’t have received this amazing award.”
