Kylie Jenner is setting the record straight about her breast augmentation — and fans are thanking her for the honesty.
The 27-year-old reality star and beauty mogul recently responded to a viral TikTok from influencer Rachel Leary, who praised Jenner’s look and asked for insight into the exact procedure that helped her achieve what she called “the most perfect natural-looking boob job ever.”
Leary, clearly inspired by Jenner’s appearance, addressed her directly in the video: “You’ve got exactly what I’m looking for when it comes to a boob job. Big, but still natural. I don’t expect you to share everything — but if you’re open, please let us know what you had done.”

To everyone’s surprise, Kylie replied candidly in the comments:
“445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! Silicone!!!”
She even gave credit to her surgeon — renowned Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Garth Fisher — before closing with a friendly, “Hope this helps lol.”
This rare admission from Jenner comes after years of speculation surrounding her cosmetic procedures. Although she’s been discreet about her enhancements in the past, she did open up during a 2023 episode of The Kardashians, revealing that she had undergone breast augmentation before giving birth to her daughter Stormi, now 7, with ex-partner Travis Scott.

At the time, Kylie also reflected on her decision with a sense of regret:
“I got my breasts done before Stormi, not thinking I would have a child at 20. They were still healing.”
She went on to share her feelings of remorse:
“I had beautiful breasts. Perfect size, perfect shape. I wish I never touched them.”
Now a mother of two, Jenner added that she strives to set a healthy example for her children:
“I want to be the best mom and the best role model for Stormi. If I could go back, I’d do things differently.”
Kylie’s honest response sparked conversation across social media, with many praising her transparency. Her choice to openly discuss the size, placement, and material of her implants offers valuable insight for fans considering similar procedures — while also contributing to a broader dialogue around self-image, beauty standards, and body positivity.
