A video, which is circulating on social media platforms, shows one Iron Dome interceptor missile malfunctioning taking a wrong turn and targeting a settler-populated area in the settlement of “Rishon LeZion” south of “Tel Aviv.”
Ironically, after bombing the Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital in Gaza earlier this month, killing almost 500 civilians, the Israeli occupation alleged that the massacre was an outcome of a failed rocket by the Palestinian resistance: a ruthless narrative that was later debunked by the New York Times as being a lie.
Earlier today, Israeli Channel 13 reported that the Iron Dome is ineffective against the rockets of the Lebanese resistance because of the very short reaction time: such that the rockets are fired from south Lebanon at “Kiryat Shmona” which is a short distance away.
Furthermore, earlier this week the Israeli i24 correspondent reported that “Sderot” will no longer be protected Iron Dome system.
The correspondent, who arrived in the occupation settlement less than a kilometer away from the Gaza Strip, said that the city is now a “ghost town” after occupation authorities evacuated its settlers.
Israeli forces told i24‘s crew that the city would no longer be covered by Iron Dome batteries to preserve interceptors for targeted areas, she reported.
