The Friends cast is still grappling with the emotional aftermath of Matthew Perry’s tragic passing, with his co-stars continuing to reflect on the loss of their dear friend. According to recent reports, Matt LeBlanc has been deeply affected by Perry’s death and has taken time to reevaluate his life in the wake of the tragedy.

“Matt is still upset over the loss of Matthew,” a source close to LeBlanc revealed. “Such an important part of his life and a good friend is gone.” The bond between the two was undeniable, and Perry’s passing has left a significant emotional void in LeBlanc’s life.

Jennifer Aniston, who shared a close friendship with Perry throughout their years on Friends, has also been privately mourning his death. A source close to the actress disclosed that Aniston has been quietly grieving, feeling regret over not being there for Perry when he needed her most.

Aniston opened up about her feelings during a recent conversation with The Hollywood Reporter, discussing her emotions surrounding her reunion with her Friends co-stars. Reflecting on their time together, she admitted, “I think we were just so naive walking into it.”

As the cast reunited to film the Friends comedy-documentary, Aniston found herself revisiting the personal emotions tied to the show’s legacy. “How fun is this going to be? The sets are back; the vibe is set,” she recalled initially feeling. However, as filming progressed, she came to realize that the personal emotions she had anticipated were not what she expected.

“Oh right, I hadn’t thought about what was going on the last time I was here. It was more personal stuff that I had expectations about that sort of shape-shifted,” Aniston shared. “That was what was jarring, that we all had an idea of what the future was going to be, and we were going to go hunker down, focus on this or that, and then it all just changed overnight, and that was it.”

The Friends cast has undeniably been shaken by Perry’s passing, and the grief surrounding his death has had a lasting impact on his co-stars. As they continue to process the loss, it’s clear that Perry’s absence is felt deeply by all who worked alongside him, and they remain focused on honoring his memory.
