On August 12, the Kardashian-Jenner matriarch took to her Instagram Stories to publicly thank the Duchess of Sussex for sending an As Ever Napa Valley Rosé gift package. Kris, 69, tagged both Meghan and her lifestyle brand, As Ever, in the post, which was then reshared by Meghan’s official brand account.
This warm acknowledgment stood in sharp contrast to Khloe Kardashian’s reaction the previous day. When Khloe, 41, received a similar gift, she shared a photo of the package on her Instagram Stories but notably omitted any mention of Meghan or the As Ever brand.
The omission prompted Meghan to screenshot Khloe’s post and share it on her own Stories, adding a cheeky caption, “Hey hey all my girls with a K.” Fans quickly noticed that Khloe doesn’t follow Meghan on Instagram, fueling speculation about tensions between the two. Many social media users called the exchange a “PR disaster,” as reported by Express.
With Kris Jenner’s gracious shout-out to Meghan, it appears the veteran momager and PR expert is working to ease the public friction between the families.
