Meghan Markle Reveals Plans to Start a Future Business with Daughter Princess Lilibet

Meghan Markle is already dreaming big about a potential business partnership with her daughter, Princess Lilibet. During the final bonus episode of her podcast Confessions of a Female Founder, the Duchess of Sussex opened up about the possibility of one day working side by side with her youngest child.

In a candid conversation with guest Tina Knowles—mother of music icon Beyoncé—Meghan, 42, reflected on the future while discussing family, entrepreneurship, and the joys and challenges of building a legacy.

“I wonder if one day I’ll be in business with Lili and we’ll be building something,” Meghan shared, hinting at her hopes for a mother-daughter collaboration in the years to come.

Tina Knowles, who co-founded the haircare brand Cécred with her daughter Beyoncé, responded with warmth and understanding: “Yeah, that’s the best.”

The episode, which dropped just ahead of Lilibet’s fourth birthday, delved into what it means to create and grow a family business. Knowles, 71, didn’t shy away from highlighting the emotional complexity of working with loved ones, explaining, “There are difficulties… If my kids are mad at me, I can’t take it. I’ll cave. If we have a disagreement, it’s her business, so she gets the win.”

Despite the challenges, Meghan seems determined to instill a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit in her daughter from a young age. Just last week, she shared a heartfelt video showing her and Lilibet suited up in beekeeping gear, collecting honey together. “Harvesting with my little honey. (Like mother, like daughter; she’s even wearing my gloves),” Meghan captioned the charming clip.

Meghan and her husband Prince Harry, the Duke of Sussex, are parents to two children: Princess Lilibet, who turns four this month, and Prince Archie, who celebrated his sixth birthday on May 6. As Meghan continues to explore her own business ventures, including her lifestyle brand American Riviera Orchard, it’s clear that family remains at the center of her vision for the future.

With such heartfelt intentions and hands-on involvement, Meghan’s hopes of teaming up with Princess Lilibet one day may be more than just a dream—they might be the foundation for the next royal family enterprise.
