“When we came together to film Building the Band, we never imagined we’d be saying goodbye to our friend Liam Payne,” McLean shared. He emphasized Liam’s passion for music and dedication to helping others discover their voices, noting that Liam appears as a guest judge in later episodes alongside mentor Nicole Scherzinger.
